How long do I have to make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to a shipping address, shipping method or items in the order please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is placed. For this reason, please consider all orders final.

All orders process and ship within three business days of you placing them and you will receive a notification once this happens. If you have received a Shipment Notification, it is safe to assume that you can no longer make changes to your order. Please email any changes to support@annarbortees.com as soon as you become aware of them.

Where is my Package (Track a Package)?

Please use your tracking number in the following sites for the most up to date tracking information available. Note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become available after you receive your shipping notification. For international orders, tracking is not guaranteed after the shipment leaves the US (via Chicago or Elmhurst, IL) and is solely dependent on the cooperation of your local postal service from that point. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery.

If you're in town during business hours and would like to stop by our store front, you are welcome to! Our show room is tailored for our custom printing services. We do not stock or showcase any retail merchandise but if it is during production hours, we would be glad to print or sell any of the things from our store that we have available in shop. At the very least, we are always happy to show you around!

 

Sizing

Please reference the style-specific size chart in each product's photos. Here you will find product specifications and in most cases, model representations for each size. Returns

T-shirt Return Policies

When you receive your shirt, please inspect it carefully for any holes / damage / open seams. This is very rare, but sometimes we miss these defects and ship them out. If you find any problems, contact us immediately at returns@annarbortees.com.

We will accept exchanges on unworn shirts for up to 90 days. Worn shirts with bad stitching or a hole must be returned within 30 days. Any shirts purchased in November / December may be returned / exchanged by January 31st.

Returned are expected to be received in an unused and resalable condition. Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, stain, smell strongly of smoke, covered in pet hair, or have been otherwise damaged are non-returnable. Please notify us of any other defects as soon as you become aware of them. Although we do take responsibility for any quality defects, we are not responsible for what is considered normal "wear and tear". T-shirts will fade, stretch and change over time, this is considered normal wear and tear. Shoe Return Policies

Shoe returns are accepted provided the shoes are clean and unworn. Please try your shoes on in a clean environment (we recommend your living room), and verify that they are sized to your liking. Once you wear them outside, visibly scuff them, or otherwise dirty them, we cannot accept returns. Shoe exchanges are possible provided we have inventory with which to exchange. Shoes are a specialty item that take much longer to produce than our shirts, and so we cannot guarantee that an exchange is possible. In the event that it is not, we will refund your entire order amount.

Media and Other Merchandise Policies

If your merchandise is in any way defective, please contact us immediately. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 60 days from purchase. In the event that we do not have adequate stock to exchange your item, you will be awarded a refund. This includes (but is not limited to) headbands, phone cases, posters, CDs, DVDs, Sunglasses, Buttons, Etc.

Digital Download content is not returnable or refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your content please email us at support@annarbortees.com. Please note that although your digital content is yours to keep after purchase, it is also your responsibility to store and back it up for future use. Your download link will expire and not remaining active forever for this reason we highly recommend saving a copy to a thumb drive, external hard drive or could storage in the case of any computer malfunctions or other emergencies.

Please note that in the absence of a defect or error on our behalf, we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping at this time. We opt to offer the best quality t-shirts at the best possible price and for this reason we keep our costs (and your prices!) as low as possible.

The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company accepts most credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. For Debit Cards, we don't offer PIN verification services. We currently do not offer 'Ann Arbor T-shirt Company' gift cards.
